Keeping Hydrated

Struggling
to keep hydrated this winter?

Your body is about 70% water, and drinking enough of
it is vital for optimal health.

While everyone knows that it’s important to stay hydrated, doing so can be difficult at times.

We have created a quick checklist tips to help keep you countable during winter:

    • Stay each morning with a large glass of water, aim for 500ml
    • Keep your reusable water bottle - “H20 LUXE bottle” with you during the day
    • Drink water between meals for optimal digestion
    • Track /your water intake and set daily goals 
    • Set reminders on your phone or smart watch
    • Add lots of ice to your drinks, post gym protein shakes & smoothies
    • If you take supplement, instead of a mouthful to wash them down, increase it to a large glass or 500ml 
    • Drink through a straw, your more likely to drink more water through a straw. 
    • Get creative, if you find drinking water boring use a wine glass 
    • Refill as soon as your bottle is empty
    • Eat your water (see list below of food high in water) 
    • Work challenge (Drink one glass of water per hour at work) 
    • Pimp your water (please see below some of our fav combo’s )
    • Replace your water - Every time you go to the bathroom, replenish your body with a 300ml

Set a daily goal:

Simply the act of setting a goal can be motivating and make you more likely to make positive changes that last.

Set reminders:

Look into  using an app or the alarm on your smartphone or smartwatch.For example, try setting a reminder to take a few sips of water every 30 minutes.
